Need help logging in?

If you need help with logging in to the Safe Connections 2.0 portal, you're in the right place

Here's what to do

  1. Click Login
  2. Click ‘Lost your password?’
  3. Enter your email address (or username) and click ‘Get New Password’
  4. An email with the subject ‘Safe Connections 2.0 Password Reset’ will be sent to your email address
  5. Open the email and click the link to reset your password
  6. The link will direct you to the webpage to enter a strong password
  7. Enter a strong password and click ‘Reset Password’.  (HINT: you can type over the one they suggest by selecting it).
  8. The website will confirm your password has been reset, click ‘Login’ at the bottom of the page
  9. You can now login to phones.wesnet.org.au using your email address and new password
