If you need help with logging in to the Safe Connections 2.0 portal, you're in the right place
Here's what to do
- Click Login
- Click ‘Lost your password?’
- Enter your email address (or username) and click ‘Get New Password’
- An email with the subject ‘Safe Connections 2.0 Password Reset’ will be sent to your email address
- Open the email and click the link to reset your password
- The link will direct you to the webpage to enter a strong password
- Enter a strong password and click ‘Reset Password’. (HINT: you can type over the one they suggest by selecting it).
- The website will confirm your password has been reset, click ‘Login’ at the bottom of the page
- You can now login to phones.wesnet.org.au using your email address and new password
